EDUCATION SYSTEM IN INDIA

Updated: Nov 15, 2020

Education is one among the foremost vital a part of our life. India today is that the second largest education network within the world. Universities in India are found out by the Central or the State Governments by the means of legislation, while colleges are established by either State Governments or private bodies / trusts. All colleges are affiliated to some university. The structure of upper education consists of three years of education after 12 years of faculty education resulting in arts and science and four-five years in professional fields like engineering and medical.

EDUCATION SYSTEM IN INDIA or indian education system not up to the mark. 25% of the Indian population is illiterate. Only 7% of the population that goes high school to high school"> to high school managed to graduate and only 15% of these who enroll manage to form it to high school and achieve an area within the education system. a couple of reasons why education in India is given less importance in some areas are as follows:

• 80% of faculties are managed by the govt . Private schools are so expensive and out of reach of the poor students.

• More hands to earn remains the mentality among-st many families and thus, sons and daughters are began to defend the family over getting to school to garner an adequate education, within the most literal sense of the word.

• Infrastructure facilities at schools across rural areas and in slums distribute very poor quality of education.

• The teachers aren't well qualified and thus not well paid and thus aren't willing to figure hard enough. This has been a classical Catch-22 problem that the govt has been trying hard to fight against.

Also in India, the system of education is especially theoretical. Theory of a topic is extremely important, but unless and until one knows its application and the way to use it, the education is useless. this is often so because the present market is fully practical oriented. And unless you r practically ready together with your subjects, you've got a really less chance of getting selected in any company. Moreover if one has theoretical knowledge, it's not necessary that he are going to be ready to do its practical, but the vice-versa is feasible . therefore the education system in India should be changed in such how that each gets education and that they become able to meet the present world necessities with their practical knowledge.
